Never. The ability to sneeze with both eyes open has not been documented. It's impossible..

It's physically impossible. Our bodies were designed to shut our eyelids when we sneeze to protect those vital sight organs. They don't shut for sh*ts and giggles--it's a protective mechanism, and it's there for a reason!!!!!!
Seriously,
I'm not trying to disrespect or discredit you all, but I don't think it can be done. Maybe if you HELD your eyelids open.....but not naturally. Anyone who says that they can WITHOUT holding them open is either lying or forgetting minor details.

It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open, I doubt very seriously whether you did, just thought you did....

supposedly your eye balls can fall out from sneezing with your eyes open!!!!!!! be more careful!
