the closest anyone has come to publicly documenting any form of parakinetic skills are the tia chi masters,I have witnessed demonstrations of the art. there were tests run in the 90's in china to try to find wich part of the brain they use to generate force. the difficuty lie in an electromagnetic spike during tests.
It's is important to note that the masters and deciples dont consider this paranormal,but a discepline that anyone can learn . as to how long it would take depends on talent determination, and the skill of the master

How long does it take to learn? Depends on the online school. Some take a week, some take 45 minutes.

Oh, what do you do with it? As you know, telekinesis allows you to move objects with your mental power, so you'll be able to get your head out of your you know what by just thinking about it.

Telekinesis has never been adequately proved. Very often it is slight of hand.
It is the theory that the mind can be used to move objects without any physical interaction.
I have a few challenges for anyone who claims to have this power/ability.

Telekinesis is the word used to describe what exists in comic books and TV.
It is rightfully called psychokinesis. Type that in google and you should find some information on it. In theory, if you master it to it's fullest potential you can move anything just using your mind.

I can't say for sure, but when we were teens our youth group tried it several times and it worked. Also, I like to sit in like church or a crowd and stare at the back of someone's head and like "talk to their mind from my mind' and almost every time they will turn around. I think there is so much more in spirit world and all that we don't see and I'm a Christian, but then we do believe strongly in spirit.

it is not possible to learn it. telekinesis is just an natural gift of rare persons.
