have anxiety about most tasks , going to the shop brings crazy conversations to my mind, i feel im being watched or people are staring at me , afraid to go places on my own avoidance of life and the tasks it takes to live my anxietys leave me depressed so i become even more anxious.What can i do or am i trapped in this mind set forever cause ive kept it hidden for most of my life

Another possibility is that you are in this mental state because you somehow have talked yourself into it. However it began, for good reason, bad reason, or no reason, you are continuing to keep it fed and alive by being worried and preoccupied with it.
"Most of (your) life" is how long, exactly? A little existential angst is normal for everyone. Being a separate, lone, "skin-encapsulated" being is rather an odd feeling, if you dwelll on it. Do yourself the favor of spreading your senses and attention out, to include other things besides yourself. Sports, hobbies, your job, socializing, church, spiritual practice, --hey, there's a lot to enjoy in living. Do it before you get too old.
If you can't snap out of it, see a shrink or social worker.
