I've searched for tutorials on how to do this but I haven't had much luck. If anyone could post a link to a tutorial, I'd appreciate it.

By "untag" I mean, get rid of the text on a picture. Like this picture:

How would I be able to get rid of the "LFI" text on there?

You can't, unless you're very skilled with Photoshop's clone stamp tool. And even if you are it's a pretty hard job.

I'm not sure what you mean by "untag" pictures..

Do you mean the marching ants around a picture when you select a certain area and the dashed lines are moving? If that is it, just hit ctrl + d to deselect (if your using windows)

Other than that I don't know what you mean untag.
