Friends...most of the time :)
Also...watching good movies with my daughter, listening to music, having time to relax away from too many other people, and taking road trips...sure wish I could do one of those now.....
Ohh yeah, and my Ativan, but I'm trying not to rely on that much, I don't like being dependent on meds...

Why would I want to feel less insane??? It took me a long time to get here, and I don't want to ruin a great thing.

A full frontal lobotomy. I try to get one at least once a month. Some shock therapy on the weekend never hurts either.

a nice bubble bath... a little music, and a book. it has to be late at night, in the wee hours, when the kids are asleep and the house is silent. that is the best stress relief ever.

Going out during the lunch hour and watching all the "normal" people in suits scurrying around.
I just want to grab them and say, "Who's crazy now?"
