does anyone know why she went to jail?

ok to those of you who say you dont care about her and she is a stupid whore with no brains obviously theres some part of you thats interested or else you wouldnt have answered this question...and for you to hate her so much you sure spend alot of time criticizing her...and i know she violated paroll but what was she on paroll for in the first place?

She violated her probation I think.

Driving without a valid license. She was already on 3 year probation for the original offense (DUI) and then she was caught again and was given another warning and made to sign a document stating she understood where she was with the offense and then the latest on she was stopped by the police driving with an invalid license.
Sound like she has have a few chances already.
But and here is the real brain teaser - she has so much money she could employ a team of drivers to ensure that there was always a driver on call when she wanted to go somewhere at any time of the day or night. So why not do that for the 3 years and she would be totally free and clear. The girl obviously has more money that commonsense.

She was charged last September for driving under the influence and plead no contest to a reckless driving charge. She was placed on probation, but violated three terms of that probation: driving without headlights and speeding, driving with a suspended license and failing to enroll in a court-ordered alcohol program in the required time. She received 15 days for each offense.

For complete disregard of the law. DUI and reckless driving after w/out and a suspended license. I hope she has fun in Sybil Brand. 45 days no hair dye... etcetera etcetera
ps use the clothes dryer to straighten hair bring in money and buy a lovely large lady to protect yo self!! Y'll have a fine time if u play the simple life for REAL.

She broke a parole violation. Giving her a $1500 fine is meaningless to someone who has millions, however, being sent to jail sends a clear cut message that no one is above the law.

She went to jail for driving while disqualified. A condition of her parole for DUI was that she not drive. She was caught a month later speeding and driving without headlights.
As we say here in Aus, she's as silly as a cut snake.

here is what i heard::
The hotel heiress will appear in Los Angeles Superior Court today (04.05.07) where prosecutors are set to argue she be jailed for 45 days for driving with a suspended license.
In documents filed on Monday (31.04.07), lawyer Rockard J Delgadillo also insists he wants the 25-year-old socialite to abstain from alcohol for 90 days and wear a secure continuous remote alcohol monitoring (SCRAM) device.
The device would alert the police as soon as an alcoholic beverage passes Paris' lips.
Delgadillo claims Paris refused to follow a court order for her to attend an alcohol education programme, and is demanding her £120,000 Bentley be impounded for good measure.
The hotel heiress pleaded no contest to reckless driving in January and was placed on 36 months probation and ordered to pay fines.
But in March she was stopped by police for driving in West Hollywood without her headlights on and was found to be driving with a suspended driver's licence
Prosecutors insisted: "These violations demonstrate Hilton's disregard for the vehicle laws of this state."

She's been sentenced to 45 days in jail, (beginning in June), for driving with a suspended drivers license. She even had a copy of the last ticket she got from a police officer in her vehicle when she last got pulled over!
(What a brainless blonde!)

Over her attitude that she is so special she doesn't have to follow the terms of her probation for DUI. So thejudge sentenced her to 45 days jail time. Hopefully, she'll have some time to rethink things.

I'm not totally sure but it was probably because she had her lisence taken away for driving drunk and then she drove drunk again while on probation. That is the story I heard, go online and search around, you should find your answer there. but honestly, whatever the reason was, I think she deserved it.
