The smell of burning leaves. When I was growing up, it was common for people to sweep the leaves that had fallen into a pile. We would then set fire to them and the aroma was intoxicating. You have to be really old to remember this, but I'm still not too old to have lost that olfactory sensation.Thank goodness.

Cinnamon makes me think of Christmas.My favorite smell though has to be sage brush.It reminds me of camping on my 40 acres in Colorado.
