It was pretty good. I was sorry they killed off Meredith's stepmother. The elevator voice (Tilly) was kind of funny. (We taped the episode and just watched it a couple of hours ago.)

I didn't really like it. It made me kinda angry. I tuned in to watch Grey's Anatomy, not Private Practice...and just about the whole episode was Private Practice. I know they were just giving us a taste of the new show, but I wanted what I was familiar with and loved...not the new stuff. It seems like it'll be a good show, though!

I thought it was pretty good. They've got a strong cast for the spin-off, especially Taye Diggs and Amy Bremmerman.
I'm already seeing the problems coming for Meredith and McDreamy though, and I hate to see them start acting stupid just when I thought they were getting their stuff together. I'm also really unhappy that they killed off Mare Winningham (I think that's who plays Meredith's stepmother). I liked the part she played and thought they were going to start to reveal Meredith's father as being a little stronger and less of a wimpy character. I'm disappointed.

I'm very excited about the new show, but quite disappointed in Grey's itself. Come one! Killing both Mer's Mommies in a matter of episodes? When's the poor girl going to get a break. Seriously!! I'm getting the feeling I may ahve to leave Grey's in the dust soon, and it's bumming me out.

Well now Grey's Anatomy is seriously trying to decide if a spin off would work or not. I guess they did not get the audience response that they wanted.

actually, i was a little disappointed. i know they were trying to get us interested in the new show but, i think they spent to much time there. the part where meredith's step-mom dies was a good one though. her dad looks like he's going to go off the deep end.

it was good, but that one dude has issues (can't remember his name) he needs to either be married or not that makes me sooooooooooo mad!! i hate cheaters!!
