Yes I have. It's one of my favorite rides because its so unique. I've only been on the one at Walt Disney World because I've never been to Disneyland, but I've heard Disneyland's is better because it's bigger. It's not scary, but it might be frightening for younger kids, and if you do have younger kids with you, or are afraid to go on it, I would not go during extra magic hours. The Cast members get bored so they will do things to scare you. (Just out from behind corners, pretend to be a dead guy on a rail then jump up, etc.)

Love the Haunted Mansion. Disneyland does it up like Nightmare Before Christmas now seasonally :-) Look for the hidden Mickey on the dining room table!

I have been on the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland California, Walt Disney world, and Disneyland Paris.
Paris was the best because it had some french-y things about it- like the start in the elevator was spoken in french...etc.

My first trip to Disneyland would have been about 1975... and I was too scared to try the Haunted Mansion, but I DID ride the Pirates of the Caribbean.

My next trip to Disneyland was in 1979, and I loved the Haunted Mansion.

I never made it to Disneyworld... I only had one day after Navy Boot Camp in Orlando, and my folks wanted to see EPCOT. That was interesting.

Actually, the first time I was at Disneyland when the Haunted Mansion was there, it wasn't opened yet, but I've been on it many times since.

I love the Hunted Mansion at Disneyland (never been to Disney World). I can almost recite the narative.... "Welcome foolish mortals...." If you go look for the hidden "Mickey" on the table in the dinning room

It's kind of cheesy, but has some cute spots. I liked the ghostly dancers & when you see the mirror - a ghost is in the ride with you.
