It's legal. Here's a way to do it if you don't know
I use google.
1. Go on google or Yahoo!
2. GO on images
3. Type in description
4. Pick one you like
5. See full image
6. Right click and then click save picture as (Use jpg pics only)
7. Upload pic on Yahoo! 360.
8. GO on Yahoo! answers
9. Edit your info.
10. Click in the bubble that says use my 360 picture.
