Sounds like ick--first put him in a carrier and take him back to the store-explain that he was already in a tank with your other fish, they should give you the medicine or at least tell you what you need to buy, if you still want the fish then take him home and give him the medicine along with the other fish, if not then at least give your fish the medicine.

Sounds like Ick...Go to the store where you purchased the fish and ask them. It may be something simple you can do like add ick remover to your tank!

I would call the pet store where i got him because he could have a fungus and might die .At lest you called them and let know about it
