Zero. One fancy goldfish will work for a while, but will outgrow the tank in no time. This is just yet another example of the ridiculous, broken and unthinking "inch per gallon rule" being so very broken. A 15-20 gallon would be great for a panda moor though.

You want to make sure that you have 1 Gallon of water for every inch of fish. Therefore if you get 2" in long Goldfish you are fine, or you can get 3 3" long goldfish. They will grow however but the size they will grow to and the time it will take is somewhat determined by the size of there tank.
If you try to mix comets and fantails you may end up with a problem of the comets bullying the fantails and chewing there tails.

I think those are comet goldfish. They need colder waters, often room temps will create a good water temperature for them. They get really big and gorgeous, so you want to give them a lot of space, and you will have awesome pets who will easily live 20 plus years! Start with at least a 20 that is affordable, but give them at minimum 55 or so, if not a pond when they grow up. Trust me, it is far cooler to have long time fish you get to know, then a bunch of babies that die and just get replaced. They live super long, and are easy to care for given the right conditions. honestly I would star out with a bigger tank about 3 years ago I had a 10 gallon myself well then I wanted a other and a other and ended up with a 60 gallon now you can go buy rule of thumb one fish for so many fish but I never did I have 60 gallon and 7 fish that I have had for three years .But heres a few things you should know before you decide anything k .>>>Listen up >>>panda goldfish are cute but costly so when you start out start out with one k but you shoud get a bunch of feeders to put in there first because your tank must cycle out for 6 weeks with new tank sydrom which means your water will be couldy leave it alone no water changes for 6 weeks durring this time your feeders can die but your not loosing alot of money k then afte 6 weeks get your [panda fish }Now dont panic its normal because your tanks ph goes up and down and gets into a danger zone durring this time so start out with about 3 feeder fish no water changes at all or youll make it worst trust me have been threw all this ..... i thought it would get better ha spent 1000 on fish and chemicals it was just a waste no bubble eye fish dont live long and week will die i would go buy alot of them never lived .......Pandas are good but after a few years you will have to up grade your tank and it will cycle out again so its better to start out with a bigger tank to prevent sress on your goldfish good luck also cut up some oranges they love them once a week or so good vitamin c helps keep them heathy Then after your tank cycles do about 15% water changes every 2 weeks add stress coat only and keep your carbon changed every month run them under water before you use your filiters to pervent dust .But if you want goldfish heres the name pandas ,black moores

goldfish really need 20 gallons for just one. they grow pretty big and i think 10 gallons for every gold fish thereafter.
i just bought one fan tail gold fish for a 10 gallon. that's even too small, but for now it will do until he can be moved to the 55g
