Don't know what ya background 2 this poser is bud, but speaking from a personal perspective, what i generally do is make miself a nice mug of 'ovaltine' (milky) & when i've drank that -mi pet yorkie has a little drop also- with a couple of 'digestives', watch the box until 10-o'clock, then take the dog for an evening stroll. When i get back i'll get ready for bed & listen 2 sum 'soothing music' on mi radio with a book, it usually does the trick but guess you'll just have 2 try things out, take care!......
