dark green/brown is my favourite
grey is mystical, but can be a bit freaky.
blue is quite common but always very nice, especially the lightest of blue!!

On a guy it has to be green eyes and a head of black hair. That combination just melts me.
I think also that because that is so rare, it's more attractive.
