When I was in high school I dropped a weight bar on my thighs while standing and rolled off my kneecaps, and it didn't injure me that badly or hurt that badly, but since then my knees seem to grind when squatting or climbing stairs. Is there anything to do to take care of your joints?

you can warm them up,extend them and add the strength
to save the mobility of the joint and to improve muscles
