Hi,
The Oakland, San Francisco Bay Bridge was not effected by the recent accident. The Bridge is open to all traffic.
The accident took place on the Oakland, East Bay side of the 80 Freeway interchange. The 80 South to the 880 Freeway has to to replaced it is shutdown with a detour system in place.
The interchange East bound to 24 is out of service as well other than that you have to plan an extra hour of travel time for this part of the freeway system.

Nothing happened to the Bay Bridge (Oakland Brige).
A part of what is called The McArthur Maze that buckled when a tanker truck exploded beneath it.

SF-Oakland Bay Bridge is OK. It's part of the freeways nearby connecting to the bridge that is affected (if you are referring to the recent gasoline tanker truck fire early one morning at a place where several freeways converge.

Nothing to my knowledge. Unless you count all the retro-fitting they've been doing for several years and it's always over budget.

If it's something in the recent news like something collapsing, then it's the tanker fire that melted the rebar in the Maze, which is just a HUGE interchange.
