I'm usually polite, but sometimes I snap and talk really nasty to them....
I wanna apologize in advance to anyone reading this question that's making a living in this field.

Start talking like a psycho, ask them what they are wearing and stuff like that.

I don't even let them get too far into the conversation, I just tell them I'm not interested, give them a loooong sweet thank you and hang up.

I’ve tried being polite but they just ramble on and on and on. So now I just hand up the phone.

i ask them to hold on while I go get a pen to jot the information down, i then put the phone down on the side and let them waste their money talking to themselves untill they hang up.

I just hang up on them...I can't be polite because they never stop talking. lol

hang up on them... Im'm sure they get it all of the time so it does not effect them personally but you should sign up for the do not call list

I just say, "I'm sorry, we're not interested" and immediately hang up the phone. =)

usually i say no thanks and hang up. my brother says hi and lets them do their thing but, he sets the phone on the counter while they're doing it.
