do you promise never to do something again, and how often do you break the promise?

I always promise never to do something again... I always break the promise... very often.

Well it depends on what I am promissing not to do. When it comes to drinking I promise myself I'll never do it again, but I get over the hang over and go right back to it.

No me i dont make them unless i can keep them because it was only last year i could quit smokes after years of smoking
