For you or an animal? Not many fish or herps want yogurt.
See this table: http://www.anapsid.org/iguana/cal_ox.html
Keep in mind that if a food has oxalate, these prevent the uptake of calcium. So by the chart, turnip greens and kale would be the best for the ratio of calcium:oxalate. If not for you, consider a crushed calcium tablet (for terrestrial-feeding reptiles and amphibians) or well-rinsed crushed eggshells.
ADDITION: A baby RES won't want veggies, but they'll eat these when they're older. Yours would be more interested in pelleted turtle food with a high calcium content. You might also try feeder fish for the bones, but you'd need either small rosy reds or guppies if he's really a baby. Make sure he's got a UVB light so he can make the best use of the calcium in his diet, and definitely avoid foods with high oxalate content.
