The cowbird lays speckled brown eggs...

The reason there is just one Cowbird egg amongst another species of bird nests is because Cowbirds lay eggs in the nests of other birds because the other birds will
do all the work of raising the cowbird chicks for them.

I weren't sure if you meant a blue egg that is speckled brown or a bird that is blue that lays speckled brown eggs.

Blue eggs are usually from robins.

robins eggs are pale blue
the blue tit eggs are pale blue with brown speckles
