I read somewhere she is doing a book, I read elsewhere she is starting a new show soon. What are her future plans? She was the only reason I watched MSNBC.

Rita came out of hibernation for the Anna Nicole Smith story. It sure sounded like MSNBC had taken her off the air and was in the process of waiting for her contract to expire. Even Keith Olbermann trashed her work in an interview.
A book for her might be a good idea under the circumstances -- good advertising for the next job.

You must be one of the few. I can't stand her raspy voice and quit watching MSNBC, especially during the Katrina coverage and she kept going on about that stupid girl in aruba.
