My class just covered this in mammalian anatomy on Friday.
No the adult size of an animal does not determine the length of the pregnancy. Gestation periods can vary widely. For example:

Human .................. 270 days.
Black bear.............. 210 days
Chimpanzee........... 230-250 days
Leopard................... 92-95 days
Chinchilla................. 110-120 days
Opossum................. 12-13 days
Mouse...................... 19 days
Otter......................... 270-300 days
Pig............................ 112-115 days
Porcupine................ 112 days
Sheep...................... 144-151 days
Tiger......................... 105-113 days
Donkey..................... 365 days

A little field mouse would have a longer gestation than an opossum. A human has a longer gestation than a tiger. An otter can have a longer gestation than a human. A pig and a porcupine have the same gestation period.
