No i dont see what i only want to see...i see things the way they are...i trust my own eyes, its just the pre-mature trust i give people that blinds the way i see them...thats the part i dont trust about myself....so basically, i wish i could see with my eyes and not with my heart...because my heart is an awful judge of character....well, when it comes to guys anyway.

Depends on the situation, in some circumstance I trust my eyes, but other times I like to see what I want to see.

It's human nature. We all see the world the way we choose to. We become more accepting and understanding when we open our eyes and our minds to the vision of others. The problem lies therein. Other peoples vision of life is quite often at odds with our own. That's when moral judgment and guidance kicks in. A good solid background will always help us to overcome our own personal limited vision.

yes that is true in some way because many things in this world that only we decide to see or what we want to see in life we can open our eyes to many things and we may find other things besides the truth

No, I make it a point to stay open-minded and see things from every angle as well as others point of view ... unless they are being pushy or an a** - that makes me close down tight.
I can say that I see things far differently than most everyone around me.

no I'm open minded.. but people like my mother is ..for example like global warming.. where i live there has been strange wind .."40 to 85kms per hour" for the last 5 months and it was never like this.. my mother doesn't want to hear it when i tell her its global warming .. i tried to make her watch that movie from AL gore ..but she was sleeping sitting up 5 minutes into the show.. but yet she can watch some silly movie to 3 am ... shes sees what she wants to see .. i HATE THAT

Here there is a proverb,
Dont believe what you see through EYES,
Dont believe what you hear through EARS,
Believe what you understand by enquiring which alone is TRUE.
sometimes you need your mind/heart to see(like love)lol, etc
even though scientifically proved that heart doesnt mean anything heart job is only to pump blood, but still we say heart says this, mind says this, etc, lol.
