I've been really stressed out lately and I've lost weight badly I dropped down to 94 pounds (height :5'4 age:17). But I also haven't had my menstrual cycle in 2 months. What does that mean? Am I sick?

I don't know if it's an irregular peroid because my doctor told me an irregular peroid usually lasts for a month. And I have not been having sex either.

No, you're not sick. :)
If you don't have a lot of body fat, your cycle can stop. Female athletes have this problem, when their competing.
Once they stop competing & their body fat increases they will resume their menstrual cycle, as will yours.

Sometimes when your body isn't at the right weight for your age and body frame, you stop having periods. I'd start by trying to get your stress under control, even if you need to take anti-anxiety pills or something. Then you can gain some weight back - at least 15 pounds maybe. Then you'll probably start cycling normally again

You are not getting your period because you are underweight and malnourished.
