Identity theft and flat out denial by a Kangaroo hearings, fake Union full of Illegal Aliens, even though the doctor's statements were and are available. You have to lie to get Medical treatment, when it occurs on the Job here and forgo any real judiciary court. The unions and who gets a hearing are literally "run" by the companies you work for! This is a Right To Work State and you work at your own risk!

Worker's Comp kicks in when you are injured in the course and scope of your usual duties - plain and simple. If you were fixing a radiator, and you usually fix radiators and the radiator falls on your foot - you have a compensable injury. If you were supposed to be fixing radiators and you were in the bathroom handling some flooding issues and you slipped and fell - if these were not customarily your duties, then you would not have a compensable work-related injury.
