I hope that you are a criminologist, medical examiner wannabe otherwise this is a very disturbing question. However I learn from my law enforcement class that a very cold room will slow down decomposition and freezing will stop it.

rub salt on the corpse, or find a liquid preservative of some sort.
And of course, a large freezer comes in handy as well should you have one available for you.

It's usually done (by people who hunt animals) through salting, curing, drying (not sure if they're the same), smoking, or freezing.
