Given this is posted in Philosophy section...
To answer that question I would need to know your definition of the words 'alien' and 'here'. Also i would need to know what aliens are already here, implied by the word 'other'.
But yes, there are. We are in orbit at 1000 miles in a cloaked observation vehicle making sure the humans don't escape prison planet Earth and get out again. Last time they caused havoc among we civilised beings. Hopefully, now they are not in dinosaur form, we can control their actions better. And this time we have a major attack force in waiting on the dark side of the moon.

To me all others are aliens in a sense, as I can never fully interact with them with the restriction of our methods and tools for communication. We are doomed to be alone, with no direct or complete access to the minds of others. Only you reside within yourself, utterly alone in your personal universe.
Religious people feel they have a relationship with some god that can transcend human restrictions, yet to me their god is an extension of themselves, like an alter ego or split personality. If this was not so, they would see the mind of god and thus could speak for him/ her/ it, yet few would venture to call themselves the earthly mouthpiece of gods true will. I guess being so isolated is necessary for existence, as if all were exposed, the self would be in danger.
So, brother alien, we are all around you and you have nowhere to hide but in yourself.
