Can I have more than 1 antispyware progam. I have Lavasoft Ad-Aware?

Yes you can use as many as you like. I use only three and they use no resources at all. Lavasoft is one of them.

Here are two others that I use and low on resources.

Superantispyware. This program is known to find spyware missed by all others. http://www.superantispyware.com

A2Squared out of Austria. Download their free version. Will protect you from, rogue, dialers, worms, keyloggers, malware, trace spyware and tracking cookies.

http://www.emsisoft.com

Superantispyware free also updates automatic. A2Squared you must perform a manual update.

Hope that you know you can only use one antivirus program or you will have serious conflict with your system. No problems with spyware as usually one will find what the others miss.

Of course but this will use more system resources. Lavasoft is a great freebie its only has a 60% clean rate. The best of all the free versions. Buy a full version such as AVG.

Yes, but it may not be a good idea. It would probably be okay if they are not running at he same time. Some run all the time and others only run when you fire them up. I would go to cnet.com and read their advice. They are NOT trying to sell you something, unlike most companies who sell software and thus would have a vested interest in their own advice. If you have the best anti-spy ware going, why would you want anything else?

Yes, you can. The one I recommend is spybot search and destroy, since it finds things Lavasoft doesn't and Lavasoft finds things spybot does not.

Not only can, you SHOULD have more, becasue they are all slightly different and do a good job in combination. Search & Destroy is a great one, as is Spyware Blaster - does a different thing, but among those 3, you'll be cruising.
