people have attitudes because they want to protect themselves so they put their b1tchiness(does that word even exist?) infront to protect themselves from letting people disrespect them or treat them the way they dont think they deserve. i begin to think too once that i was turning a bit too bitchy and overly protected. so i start with shutting my mouth. opinions sucks so if its none of my business or i dont need to prove something then i wont say a word. i can think, but i'm not going to say it. unless they ask. i wont complain about my personal problems and what i think about it unless with best friends. it helps alot when you dont speak much cos people dont know whats going on in your mind...

for example...in situations when i meet wierd people..and normally i would say "eww..what a wierdo" and make a face, start an attitude just to prove to myself that..i will never go near people like that! but now i decided that i would just have this expression on my face like...umm ew.. then look away, wont say a thing. and wont try to make it too obvious. cos seriously, nobody needs to know what you think of them unless they ask.

starting with that will eventually help and because you dont say it, you will stop yourself from thinking about it, and eventually ignore it. you dont need to be mean or bitchy, dont need to be nice, just ignore, like whatever, dont make a face. and say when you really need to say something. try starting with that. it works for me.

Be aware yr attitude is driven by yr own sense of insecurity, so you put an an arrogant or bitchy front. You want ppl to like you but you are doing it the wrong way.

Learn to like yourself, only then others will learn to like you.

Work on your selfesteem, respect yourself.

A lot depends on the way you word your questions & answers. Don't be insulting. I have strong opinions, too.
