With the threat of a black man's foot in their behind, most white supremacists have fled underground, that is until they discovered that they can spew their hatred without the threat of confrontation. Are these e-supremacist a symbol of their weakening influence and dedication?

The internet race supremacists (and miscellaneous internet bigots and bullies) do not have to fear the targets of their racism kicking their teeth down their throat.

The e-bigots and bullies sit behind their keyboards saying "I got that [enter description of person here], heh-heh-heh" while feeling "big" about themselves.

The e-bigots and bullies feel proud and strong because the night before s/he came online and gave whoever they hate "a piece of their mind". Maybe this gets them through the day when they are too afraid to do it to [whoevers] face.

They are missing something: anyone can type anything on a keyboard. Anyone can choose to not read what that person types. Yes, it can be upsetting. However, internet bigotry and bullying is the equivalent of clapping with one hand. That is how much real effect it has.

I do not think that the e-bigots and bullies are a sign of weakening influence, however. The real deal is still out there. The internet has just given the racists another outlet to spew hatred... a safe haven. So, the cowards who do not have the cajones to say it to a person's face now has the opportunity to spew safely.

And let the church say, AMEN! You said a mouthful. I do not approve of either the KKK or the Black Panthers, although I formerly had an alliance with the later. When my husband (still working on him) first started with yahoo, he asked me how many Panthers were on here. I said other than him, there is no others. He said that is because we are not in hiding like they are. So, you are so right. White supremacy is almost completely dead. It is hidden. The Panthers are thriving, which is not a good thing either. The e-supremacy is showing the necessity to hide.

*** Why do you think that I mostly ignore them. If I had any fear that they were gaining any power at all, I would be on it, the only time I answer is when I am bored and need amusement***

To be honest, I think they not only shame a majority of their ancestors but are a general slap in the face of humanity. I refer to all bigots because it seems you can find racists in every colour here.

But the KKK contingent, and the anti Gypsy contingent, are particularly foul.

It is not a sign of emotional maturity and strength to come in to a venue where you remain anonymous, put on a fake personality, and type ignorance into a pc.

They are pathetic and they know it so they lash out like two year olds screaming for attention.

They are cowards, just like the black racists who log on for the purpose of spewing their garbage.

We're ALL feeling the sting of racism- blacks, whites, and everyone else- both on line AND off. And it isn't going to stop as long as people continue to play the race card as though any one race has it harder than the other, continuing to seperate us all through words, deeds, and attitude.

By the way, for those of you spouting statistics, statistics are completely unreliable for a number of reasons. Don't believe the hype!

As for anything, millions of people can be reached easily online, so that is probably why they use the internet for their "clubs". Im sure its less likely for them to be arrested working behind the scenes too.

Honestly, I think their predecessors would be somewhat embarrassed to see just how stupid the present day race supremacists seem to be. Hitler would have "gotten rid of them" as quickly as he got rid of his Brown Shirts for pretty much the same reason, but in keeping with the "stupid theme," these guys are "heiling Hitler" all over the place.

Geeze, you certainly brought them out of the woodwork, like roaches in the dark!

Probably not. They used to go right up to people's houses and burn crosses on their lawns. Now they just hide behind a computer and insult people from hundreds of miles away.

The KKK of old were racist idiots, but at least they had balls and stood by their convictions.

Bob Mathews and the Order were the hero's. But I see nothing wrong with commenting on a subject such as this in a peaceful manner. There are many Skinheads in jail who got drunk and "weren't cowards". I'll stick to being a peaceful, contributing member of society. But I am proud of who I am.

just a fun fact here: In the Jewish homeland of Israel the lighter skinned Jews think of themselves as better than the darker skinned Jews.

I hope so. I mean I hope their influence and dedication is weakening.
