I have threw myself in harms way to protect others a few times. fully intending to sacrifice myself for them. It is not that I want to die but I feel that i am ready and others may not be.

Of course I have and would continue to sacrifice myself to save others. Giving your life for others is the most humble and selfless meaning of life. I have even been thinking of becoming a cop for my next career...

The purpose of the creation of human beings by God is to see that they help / sacrifice each other in needs. Otherwise there are enough of angels to obey Him relentlessly.

That would have to depend on who I was saving....If it was a murderer...Then H**L no, but if it was a child then yes everytime.....I have lived a long life and I have three beautiful babies but I would want them to know that there mommy was brave and helped others.......

I would, but it depends on the situation--if I'm too much of a chicken, or if I'm feeling heroic at the time.

I do not know..I have never been put in that situation...I would hope I would but I have not been tested..
