Is it worth watching?

Yes. If you've seen the other two, then you should see this one. It is ultimately enjoyable. The problem is that it is too much story. The movie jumps all over the place. The action sequences are top notch. It really rocks at times. If you're a fan, you should see it.
Oh yeah, for some ungodly reason there's singing in this one!!

loved the action, hated just about everything else. as per my usual, i prefer the second film in a series to the third.
i will probably even purchase this on DVD--but i will totally ignore the bulk of the film.
don't misunderstand--i feel that my money was well spent (and i took my GF too). the action sequences totally overshadowed the "local color." i highly recommend to any action fan.

sorry there were some interesting moments and ideas(bruce cambells funny cameo the nice moment with stan lee great performances by thomas haden and topher grace the moving final scene between peter and flint) but it was inferior to number 2.Mary Jane betrays peter and leaves him vulnerable to the homicidal green goblin but gets upset when he makes her jealous?It was obvious that Sam Raimi the director doesnt like venom by the way he treats him.Venom deserved more time.

this movie is awesome. Venom is a beast. Best movie to come out in the past 6 years

TO me, it was the best of the 3 movies in the series. The plot is not what you might expect and the special effects are pretty good as well.

My husband and I were disappointed. It sorta kills of the sinister 6. Also we thought it was a bit long winded.

yes.. its a little long and i think mary jane got more camera time then Peter parker
but its stil good.
