You can search for sails by type (jib, jenny, main, spin, etc) and sort by luff, leach, and foot. The used sails are rated by condition.
I also got a great deal on a sail from Minneys in California.

if you mean a sailing rig for an inflatable, good luck,,,,and don't waste your time.
if you mean you want to buy an inflatable boat........a real inflatable boat will be made by Avon, Zodiac, Caribe, or Achilles......Hypalon or Polyester fabric that will last for years and years. try Defender Industries in New York....
if you want a"pool toy" and can swim very well, Sea Eagle or Seyvelor or the like can be bought at camping stores or WalMArt.....
