For years, this sexist stereotype has gone all over the place.
But what is it's origan?
Is there a REAL PERSONALLITY OR DISORDER that causes this?

Is there a REAL scientific name for this?

For example, some people who are considered geeks, some have a disorder called "Asperger's Syndrome" (the same thing Albert Einstein had).

I know the phrase "Dumb Blond" is offensive to blond haired girls.
But from the stereotypes I've seen, there not really dumb, just clueless.
To me it's very similar to the thinking of an Asperger's Syndrome with a ENFP personality except it's kept privately in the mind and doesn't show it out because of the fear of negative criticism, while those labeled "Dumb Blondes" don't. They don't care what people think because they're clueless and don't care.
Before anyone gets offended by my Asperger's Syndrome theory, I just want to announce that I have it with a ESFP personality (or is it ISFP?).
Just take a look at the characters Sarah Jessica Parker played in the movies "LA STORY" & "Hocus Pocus" and that's pretty much what I'm trying to see, if there is such a thing as people like that (no exaggeration added) in the logical world.

I think the disorder ot personality trait is called jealousy. It is a strange disorder that is attributed to Blondes, but is actually possessed by the people who think blondes are dumb. Some of these people find it easier to characterize people by how they look rather than who they really are. They are superficial and often get married many times because they find that people are often not as they appear to be, but lacking the tools to delve deeper into people's personality, and often lacking the interest to do so, they are forever condemned to making poor judgments. Many believe that, like themselves, the only really interesting thing in the world is themselves, and most people know how wrong that can be, I am sure you know.

Asperger's Syndrome? Interesting =)

I heard that intelligent people have more copper and zinc in their hair, and if blonde people lack copper and zinc, well there you go.

Plus it's all about the whole stereotypical beauty. A lot of people would say that the blondes are beautiful, but airheads (and from the celebrites we know from Paris Hilton to Jessica Simpson, it developed from there as well) and so it might have come out to be a blonde thing if someone was beautiful but stupid. Then it was just stupid when calling someone blonde.
