I received a jury duty notice but it is in my maiden name. Will this be a problem in me serving?

i don't think there would be a problem. but i would call the clerks office before you go there to see if there is additional paper work you will need to bring. just to be on the safe side.
p.s. don't forget to bring along a book to read while you wait, cause it's gonna be boring.

No problem, but I would advise the jury commissioner of the name change.

There should be a number for your local county clerks on your summons. I would call that and ask them what you should do.
