Just a question cause i love both bands but cant decide which is better, So im thinking you can help me out here.

GERARD WAY IS WAY BETTER. He can sing, he can perform, he can move.. He is hot and he can sing great! Billie Joe Armstrong is good but Gerard Way is young, new, fresh and fine.

I think they're both great but I love Billie Joe. He's proven himself many times over..he's a gifted lyricist and can majorly rock out as well as sing very beautifully on acoustic. Green Day have earned their place in history with their staying power..My Chemical Romance has yet to do that (which I'm sure they will).
Billie Joe is king..Gerard Way is the heir apparent.

Gerard Way..... Billie Joe kind of scares me for some reason like he's a vampire from Dixie or something

Billie Joe is hott,a great singer!!! I don't like Gerard Way............sorry. Green Day is a better band.

Billie Joe is better, he could probably win American Idol with his voice (my mom actually likes his voice, which is mostly why i think if he was in the show he'd win). Gerard Way is a great singer and all, but his voice is kinda limited to just rock music...
People can relate to Green Day's lyrics too, just listen to the older cd's from the 90's, their music relates to teenagers everywhere (Longview, Welcome to Paradise, Sassafras Roots, the lyrics from those songs relate). I could list twice as many songs from Green Day that relate to teenagers than MCR. I like MCR too, but their music only relates to this generation, and Green Day relates to nearly every generation.

billie joe armstrong, i like gerard voice as well but I'll go with billie joe,i haven't heard gerard live but i've heard billie joe live and his voice was still amazing.it is hard to choose cause i like both bands but i still think that billie joe is a better singer

They are both super good, they both have morals and can easily connect with their fans, but for me, it would have to be Gerard Way all they way because I can relate with him more. Plus, his lyrics are darker and edgier and I like that.
