Agree! And we must win our peace by resisting the evils of an American administration that has gone stark-raving mad. The Bush administration has destroyed America's reputation as a world leader and global peacekeeper. The Bush administration has ignored the Constitution and the Geneva Convention as it bullies its way around the world. The Bush administration has brought more evil into this world than anyone since the days of Hitler and Stalin.
Compromising with such 'evil' is exactly what the last Congress [led by arrogant, wicked, incompetent, lazy, corrupt Republicans] did. 'War' does not bring peace; it only begets more 'war'. Bush and his gang of oilmen and war profiteers have earned a special place in Hell for all the unspeakable atrocities they have committed. They have neither won peace or bought it; they have destroyed all possibility of ever seeing 'peace on Earth' within the next few generations. -RKO- 05/06/07

Agree, but proactive strikes against other nations is not what I would define as resisting evil. War is evil also, and kills many innocent people. There are many ways to resist evil without shooting guns and dropping bombs.

Sowing the seeds of violence reaps the harvest of Confrontation. Sowing the seeds of Peace reaps the harvest of Tranquility and Harmony. I disagree for there are many other choices than winning or buying the judgemental concept of "evil".

half/half

you will never have peace through war and to avoid war you sometimes must find some compromise. that compromise shouldn't make one side do something 'evil' though.
I think you could have it both ways

i am more in favour of winning it.....becuase you can buy peace by compromising but it is never long lasting.......becuase you had compromised with "evil" and evil can never be trusted !!
