Backache is not common in the first trimester because your uterus is very small and is not putting much pressure yet on ligaments and muscles.
Your backache might actually be a sign of of kidney infection or UTI so you might want to get a urine culture.
It also might be due to poor posture. Either way, I would see a doctor this week to get it checked out.

If there's a heartbeat, you've not miscarried. i'm (became) 7 weeks alongside and am immediately miscarrying. :-( The ultrasound confirmed a 4 week amniotic sac, no longer a 7 week, so the toddler stopped transforming into at 4 weeks. At that aspect there became no coronary heart shaped yet, so for sure no hearbeat confirmed up. I have also had 2 applicable pregnancies. Are you nevertheless bleeding? How heavy? If it really is mild bleeding attempt no longer to rigidity yet be prepared for the worst. The bleeding is your body's organic way of eliminating overseas issues in the body, and a fetus without a heartbeat is merely that. If the middle remains beating i don't believe of you're miscarrying. keep your well being practitioner suggested. good success to you.

Hello there.
I am currently 27 weeks pregnant with my second child and sufferd chronic back ache at around week 6 up to 13 ish. I was worried too and even went to my gp who advised that when a woman has been pregnant befor its common to have more cramps/aches with subsequent babies as everything has stretched befor!
Needless to say they faded and do not mean you should worry. I have been onto quite a few baby sites and was very surprised just how many women were suffering the same.
Check them out

Not to alarm you in any way but you see your doctor as soon as possible, because although back aches are common and normal at later stages in pregnancy this early in the pregnancy is not normal. I am speaking from personal experience.

I got it with both mine. It's something to do with the hormones softening your ligitures or some such thing ready for giving birth. It's damn uncomfortable and you feel like such a twit lugging yourself around like an old woman when there's nothing even showing, but never mind, it's worth it in the long run.
Congratulations.

Lower backache is TOTALLY NORMAL in early pregnancy. It is another sign of the foetus implanting in your uterus, just like those period type pains you may also feel. If you are seriously worried then call your midwife (or whatever it is you have if you're in the US) but please don't panic, it's very common.
