First the facts:

Internet connection shared amongst 6 users.
Modem -> Router (Sitecom DC-202) -> Users
I have access physically to the router and via browser.
Router supports SNMP.

Probleme:
Bandwidth get's hogged, everyone blames someone else, no-one really knows who's the culprit.

Question:
Does anyone know of some software I can run from my computer (XP SP2) that can find what IP's on the network are using bandwidth and how much? Possibly throttle them?

Thanks,
Bobly

PS: I can't set my computer between the modem and router and pass all connections through me.

Here is some good live time monitoring software

They have both a bandwidth monitor and a system management engine program that give you a great overall view for all machines on the network.
