Well, it doesn't really rhyme, but it doesn't have to. It's a sweet poem/song and I'm sure they'll appriciate it! My suggestion would be to put in some more memories and inside jokes, so they really feel connected to it. And also, it's not that important, but if you're going to not make it rhyme, dont have any of it rhyme. If you do want it to rhyme, make it rhyme. Switching back and forth kind of ruins the beat of it.

I used to be 7 weeks earlier than i discovered with my daughter I NEVER felt ill pregnant sore boobs ANY SIGNS of being pregnant however, a + scan. With this being pregnant earlier than my interval used to be due i felt scorching, irriated, crampy, sore boobs, the whole lot smelled horrible. All being pregnant are differnt even supposing a ladies is having no indicators and a interval is past due it is quality to scan.

I don't like it. A third grader could write stuff like that. And you obviously didn't put in a lot of time into it because there are so many spelling errors.
