The only comedy that I can remember with airplanes is Hot Shots and Hot Shots Part Deux starring Charlie Sheen.

I believe that was the late, great Jimmy Durante, singing the title sequence tune to the 1965 production of "Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines, or How I Flew from London to Paris, in 25 Hours and 11 Minutes"

There's THE ROCKETEER, but it's more of an adventure movie with comedic elements in it, like the Indiana Jones movies...
