How many of you girls dress in a sexually alluring outfit and call it cute? How can you call it cute if it's sexually alluring?
I'm sorry but that "cute" outfit isn't cute. Cute is youthful beatiful innocence. INNOCENCE! If your cute outfit is sexually alluring, then it by definition can NOT be cute. You have to think about what image it gives the guys. And please none of this, "Don't blame me for what guys think," or "It's not my fault that guys are perverts." You aren't helping by dressing that way. If your outfit makes you look like you want to have sex, then you do not look innocent. If your outfit doesn't look innocent, then it can't be cute.
Am I the only guy that hates it when girls call these outfits cute? Ladies, do you knowingly do this? What does cute mean to you? Does innocence have anything to do with cute to you?

Why can't people on this website actually answer the question that is asked. The topic is about the word "cute" not slutty. It's a comparison between sexually alluring and cute, not just about slutty.

First, thank you for addressing the question.
Second, no, it's not that what you find cute looks slutty. It's if it looks slutty, it can NOT by definition be cute. The two phrases are opposite. So I asked you what does cute mean to you. You said that it looks attractive or pretty. So innocence has nothing to do with the word cute?

i agree with you! i'm a girl who tries to dress modestly, although it's a little hard to do with the clothes that are offered today. i get really irritated when some girls complain that "guys only have one thing on their mind", or think a guy is creepy cuz he's staring at her, and what she is wearing belongs on a street corner. what do you expect???!! girls should learn to dress for the kind of attention they want.

I have to agree with you women have a strange way of looking at things. My son and I just discussed this the other day. At our work the women are always wearing pants that have their thong sticking out the top, or sometimes their butt crack. He stated that to him it isn't cute or sexy it just takes all the imagination out of it. He said that the mystery of whats under their clothes is better than seeing it and no one wants to see that. We aren't sure if we work in a factory or in a lingerie show.

I understand exactly what you are trying to say. I went out to dinner the other day and there was a group of girls dressed up as bunny rabbits. Whenever a bloke stared at them they would go "PERV". But honestly, if a man went out wearing nothing but boxer shorts, would the girls all look away? no they wouldnt. If you ask me sexism has gone in the compelete opposite direction to the way people expect it to be!!

hold up--if we think an outfit like that is cute like:
Example: There's a really cute half-top and mini-skirt. It can be CUTE. Cute means attractive or pretty. We find this pretty. So, you're saying, when we wear an outfit we think is cute, we're slutty?!

it is said in a general term it is not ment to mean anything other than you look nice in that "ie" you look cute in that, just meaning it looks good on you. You are reading way to much into the word cute

Well i think it is mostly an opinion, alot of girls wanna look "cute" but they choose to ,maybe they do wanna have sex its not your choice is it!

I think most girls think that the less clothing they wear, the more attractive they seem. They don't realize that you don't have to wear a mini skirt and a top that covers virtually nothing on your body to look good. Classy is good, and some girls just need to learn that.

i never have. i like to keep my clothes cute&modest! don't think every girl is the same, we all have different opinions.
