If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you for commercials, TV & film go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions.
Then you can send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation (for commercials, theatrical, or whatever) and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.
A good site to find workshops for commercials is workingactors.com. Look under Actors, Training, Commercials and there are tons of places that have workshops there. Only the agent though can get you into a legitimate commercial. Good luck!

No. Legitimate Casting Agents do NOT have websites. You're on your own.
If you are in the NYC area, buy a copy of The Ross Reports. It's lists the names and addresses of Casting Agents and Talent Agencies in NYC.
