how do u make a hovercraft that will go at least 1ft off the ground and 30mph?

ok maby not 1ft off the ground but at least 30mph i think a few good leaf blower moter might do that but i dont want to spend mony on somthing that might not work.
and i got the idea from myth busters

One foot? That would make it a helicopter.

You only need 1/8" at most air cushion.

A leaf blower motor would have a heck of a time supporting a light framed hovercraft, let alone with someone on it.

You'd probably need a V8.
