I live in a mobile home right now but I used to own a house. The cost of heat is cheaper in the Mobile, and because we are on a rented lot, the taxes are cheaper. The maintainence issues are just about the same. The roof of our Mobile has to be treated every so many years to keep it from leaking etc. I like living in the Mobile but I do miss my house.

my best friend does it cold for one small , no room my place room space to close to each other mine condo we do not see each other less private mine lot of private not as safe mine is safer but if your one person its fine she has 3 in there trailer

the best thing about it is that it comes already furnished
the bad is there really isn't all that much room
