My 6 month old baby who used to drink his milk and eat his solids without any fuss has been rejecting his food(both milk and solids) ..and whenever he has not eaten for long if i force and give him something he throws up everything. When i took him to doc the doc said he is fine. But since he is throwing up atleast once in a day now i am gettin worried..

If this continues, I would get a second opinion or asked your doctor about the possibility of your son having reflux. If that's what ha has, a little baby pepcid (prescription) might help
Good luck

My son used to throw up like that as well. Of course the doctor said he was fine. What I started doing was giving him a little bit at a time. Most of the time I waited until I saw he was hungry. Like adults, babies don't always want to eat at their scheduled time. If your baby goes the whole day without eating anything at all that is cause for concern and you need to stress that to your doctor. If he eats a little and drinks a little then try giving him a variety of healthy food for his age. You can even try giving him pieces of fruit and veggies in this little pacifier gaget (forgot the name). It has a little mesh pouch that you can put the food in and close so the baby can eat the fruit or veggie without choking.
