Eliminate the parameter.

x=3t y=t+7

t= x/3

put into the other equation

y = (x/3) + 7

t = x / 3
t = y - 7
x/3 = y - 7
x = 3y - 21
x - 3y + 21 = 0
or
3y = x + 21
y = (1/3).x + 7
