1) x^2/49-y^2/49=1
a=7 and b=7 c^2=2*49 so c= 7sqrt2 and e=c/a=sqrt2
2)x^2/9-y^2/8=1
c^2=17 so c= sqrt(17) and e = c/a = 1/3sqrt(17)
