I am 24 male, pretty much everytime i move my bowels there is a lot of bright red blood in my stool. (not mixed in) I have no pain or itching at any time. It usually goes away for a couple weeks, as there will be no blood for that 2 weeks, but always returns.

The relatively benign possibility is hemorrhoids . But, unfortunately, bowel cancer and ulcerative colitis have the same symptoms at early stages. You MUST go to a doctor to find out what is causing this. ASAP. Your life could depend on doing so!

It sounds like an Anal Fissure, which is basically a tear in your rectal area. If possible try and cool down your 'exit' with warm (not hot) water after you empty your bowels as this will calm the muscles. It could occur because you don't have enough fibre in your diet and are not eating a balanced enough diet. You also seem to be showing symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (constipation predominant likely) so drinking chamomile and peppermint tea helps to soothe and ease your bowel. But I would make an appointment with your doctor, do not be embarrassed as this is a common occurrence in many people - young and old.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/m0lYj
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

Almost certain you have piles if the blood is bright red. You can get some cream like Analsol from the chemist. failing that, have a word with your doctor.

It's best to make sure you don't get constipated by including a lot of fruit and veg in your diet and drink plenty of water.

I had the same thing so I can tell you that chances are, you have hemorrhoids (yes, most hemorrhoids are not painful). The best treatment is infrared laser therapy, which is painless and very quick (it will take several sessions but each session is very short and painless).
