i would say first that what probably through you off was the Fe(PO4)2 because without the 3 after the Fe, it cant be balanced.
that you get from the ions chart. Even though there are some Fe 3+, this one cant be the case because (PO4) is also 3+
Since the PO4 has the 2 tacked on you know that the Fe is actually Fe 2+
the rest i think is just adding

Hi! you cant balance this because you wrote it incorrectly.
you forgot the charge of phosphate it should be Fe3(PO4)2
with that said now you can balance it and the coefficients would be 3:2:6:1

you got to count how much you have of an element on the left and compare it to the right, youll get
3FeCl2 + 2Na3PO4 -> 6NaCl + Fe3(PO4)2
